Mission Critical Construction Oversight Representative **Two positions: One on-site in Tacoma WA and one in Spokane WA. You'll oversee: o Data Center / MSC building expansion. o UPS Power system installation and commission o HVAC decommissioning and removal o AC Power installation and commission o Standby Generator installation and commission o HVAC installation and commission o Installation of building control systems Building Automation System (BAS), Building Management System (BMS) o Integration and Commissioning of all building systems

- Proven experience in telecommunications, commercial electrical work, and emergency power systems. - In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, PLCs, EMSBs, and Data Center infrastructure. - Strong understanding of building architecture and MEP construction. - Expertise in OSHA guidelines and safety standards. - Proficiency in managing complex construction projects with a focus on zero outage goals.
