Job Description
- Lead day-to-day management of a $90M+ multifamily new construction project.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and quality control.
- Interface directly with clients, consultants, internal teams, and field staff to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Use project management tools including Procore, Microsoft Office, Primavera; familiarity with Bluebeam and BIM is preferred.
- Collaborate with and report directly to the Project Executive.
- Participate in long-range planning for future projects across commercial, hospitality, higher ed, life sciences, and municipal sectors.

The Successful Applicant
- 5-10 years of industry experience with at least 2-3 years in a Project Manager capacity.
- Proven history of managing projects $40M+, ideally with multifamily experience.
- Ability to take initiative and operate independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professionalism and polish to interface with high-level stakeholders.
