Job Description Oversee all phases of construction from inception to completion. Supervise subcontractors, labor, and vendors for quality control. Ensure all construction activities align with project plans and specifications. Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress reports. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant job site. Implement and enforce company policies and standards. Manage and mitigate project risks. Resolve any problems that may arise during construction. The Successful Applicant A successful Multifamily Construction Superintendent should have: Proven experience in managing construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction practices, procedures, and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field. What's on Offer A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year.
