Multifamily Construction Superintendent We are seeking an experienced Multi Family Construction Superintendent to join our team. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Duties: Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site Run and maintain weekly sub meetings Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of all tasks Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues or potential risks Provide guidance and support to construction teams, including resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to review project plans and make necessary adjustments Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including daily logs, reports, and change orders Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to ensure projects stay within financial constraints Implement safety and quality guidelines, to include daily site safety walks Hold weekly tailgate meeting
