Description Oversee day-to-day field operations on major multifamily and mixed-use construction projects.

Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Manage subcontractors, enforce safety compliance, and coordinate with project management teams.

Lead on-site meetings, maintain detailed reports, and proactively resolve field-related issues.

Profile 7+ years of experience as a Multifamily Mixed Use Construction Superintendent on large-scale commercial or multifamily building and construction projects in Los Angeles.

Proven track record with structural steel projects ($50M+) for a general contractor.

Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and safety standards.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Offer Multifamily Mixed Use Construction Superintendent Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 (commensurate with experience)
