Represent the company in a professional manner with customers, coworkers, employees and any person directly or indirectly associated with the company. Responsible for managing the entire administrative and field construction process of a project from initial planning through final acceptance by client to assure the project comes in safely, on schedule and on budget.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

* Geosynthetic material and installation knowledge/experience a plus! * Must pass pre-screen drug test and comply with company drug test policy * Ability to mentor and train field personnel * Live, promote and enforce safety * Problem solving – fast decisions/assertions * Planning/strategy skills * Negotiation/sales skills * Leadership, Organization and Time Management * Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Internet, etc.) * Be able to read and understand specifications and drawings * Valid Driver’s License; must pass company vehicle insurance approved driver check * Available for overtime hours and out-of-state travel * Ability to professionally communicate with customers, vendors, management staff and employees * Able to communicate fluently in Spanish or English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
