Job Title: Network Construction Manager Location: Indianapolis, IN or Louisville, KY

Responsibilities Manage daily administrative tasks for the Fiber Network Construction team, including purchase orders and invoice reviews. Support project financials and milestone management, ensuring timely invoicing and resolving past due issues. Communicate effectively with vendors regarding fiber splicing work and billing matters. Develop and track progress reports, identifying and resolving any obstacles. Assist with ad hoc reporting and update company tools as needed. Participate in cross-functional team meetings to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills Required Proficiency in fiber network construction drawings and design. Experience with OSP and ISP fiber construction. Strong construction crew management skills. Knowledge of power utility make-ready work and utility pole proposal management. Familiarity with Excel, Smartsheet, and project management software. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. This position includes overtime and requires driving.

Education & Experience High School diploma required. Minimum of 3 years in telecommunications/wireless construction. Valid driver's license required.
