This role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, follow construction schedules, and install ductwork, ventilation systems, and HVAC units according to building codes and company standards. You'll work closely with builders, project managers, and other trades to ensure timely and accurate installations. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
