Job Overview Providence Plumbing LLC is hiring a New Construction Plumber to help shape the future of custom residential and commercial builds in Buena Vista and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned plumber with deep knowledge of plumbing code and new construction methods. The ideal candidate will serve as a licensed crew leader, coordinating on-site plumbing installations with accuracy, integrity, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities- Install complete plumbing systems for custom homes and commercial new construction projects- Experience with boiler systems, heating units, and related mechanical infrastructure- Interpret and work from blueprints, plans, and specifications- Ensure all installations comply with state and local plumbing codes- Lead and mentor crews on job sites, managing workflow and safety- Coordinate with project managers, builders, and other trades- Conduct rough-ins, top-outs, and final trim installations- Complete daily job logs and documentation accurately- Represent the company with professionalism and accountability on every job- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Qualifications- Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience, focused on new construction- High School diploma or GED required- Active plumbing license preferred- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and construction sequences- Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing installations- Ability to lead crews and coordinate with project stakeholders- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills- Valid driver's license with clean driving record- Commitment to safety and jobsite professionalism
