New Construction Project Manager

Raybrook Homes Is Hiring: Project Manager – Precision Required You don’t just build houses. You orchestrate timelines, tame complexity, and spot a framing error like it insulted your mother. THE ROLE This isn’t some chaotic, fly-by-the-seat-of-your-toolbelt kind of job. This is a role for the disciplined builder, the methodical scheduler, the one who’s got plans, backups for the plans, and backups for the backups. At Raybrook Homes, we build high-end custom and semi-custom homes—and we do it right. We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives on precision, accountability, and keeping all the gears turning like a Swiss watch. If your blood pressure rises when someone skips a step in the process, congratulations—you’re our kind of builder. WHAT YOU'LL DO (AND DO WELL) • Lead new home construction from dirt to keys—on budget, on time, no excuses • Conduct detailed quality control inspections at every phase—foundation, framing, mechanicals, finishes • Work closely with field crews and trade partners to sequence and schedule like a logistics tactician • Monitor build timelines, dependencies, and cost codes like a hawk with a spreadsheet • Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and subs—with logic, not fluff • Use project management software (Buildertrend, Hover, etc.) to track progress like a true technician • Prevent errors before they happen, solve problems when they do, and never let a detail fall through the cracks • Document, document, document—because if it’s not written down, it didn’t happen WHAT YOU BRING TO THE JOB SITE • A relentless eye for detail and an obsession with doing things the right way • At least 5 years of experience in residential construction management or site supervision • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field • Deep technical knowledge of the build process—from excavation to final walkthrough • Comfort with managing budgets, timelines, change orders, and checklists • Familiarity with construction software (Buildertrend, Microsoft Project, etc.) • Natural calm under pressure—no flailing, no drama, just execution • Strong communication skills with the discipline to follow through on every commitment • A belief that great homes start with great systems WHAT WE OFFER • Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses • Vehicle allowance or company truck • Medical Insurance • Technology and tools to support your efficiency • A team that appreciates your structured brain and sharp standards • The chance to take pride in something built the right way IF THIS IS YOU... • You’re driven by accuracy and timelines • You take pride in running a smooth, clean, no-drama jobsite • You know construction isn’t a guessing game—it’s a system • You’ve got zero tolerance for shortcuts, sloppiness, or vague instructions Let’s Build Something Legendary—On Time and On Point Apply now and join a team that doesn’t wing it—because you don’t build dream homes by eyeballing the plan.
