Job Description & Responsibilities
- Work onsite during business hours, including weekends.
- Greet visitors and answer inquiries in person or on the phone.
- Develop positive working relationships with customers, staff, and vendors.
- Handle inquiries from potential customers via email, phone, and website.
- Follow up with prospects and set appointments.
- Work well with customers in high-stress situations.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager.
- Demonstrate a desire and ability to gain knowledge of products, the company, and the sales process.
- Handle conflict resolution effectively.
Qualifications
- High School diploma required; some college preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales administrative or professional role.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Extreme attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
- Experience handling confidential information.
