ZGREEN Restoration is currently seeking a qualified secretary/ office manager.
This position will perform receiving income calls, manage client files, invoicing, and post on Yelp and Facebook.
Hours 8:00-4:30 5 days a week (Hlaf day is optional)
Hourly payment $25-$30 or Flat salary depending on candidate qualifications.
Full time /Half time
The office is located in Campbell.
*Responsibilities*
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Serve as the first point of contact for clients, demonstrating professionalism through phone etiquette and personal interaction.
* Maintain office supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships for procurement.
* Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff members as needed.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
* Support medical or dental reception duties as required, including patient check-in/out procedures.
* Utilize Google Workspace for document management, communication, and collaboration among team members.
* Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication.
*Experience*
* Proven experience in office management or a similar role is preferred.
* Background in customer service or support roles is highly desirable.
* Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clients.
* Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential for this position.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining office operations.
Qualifications that are a PLUS:
\* Current IICRC certifications for WRT, AMRT, CDS, ASD
\* Knowledge of how to work with Xactimate
\*Experience in the restoration industry
