Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete installation process of newly manufactured homes.

- Address minor issues using basic hand tools

- Coordinate subcontractors and supply them with construction plans

- Supervise contractors to ensure timely completion of work while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Provide daily status updates and report any issues to the Project Manager

- Create solutions for problems that arise on-site

- Attend municipal inspections and keep the Project Manager informed about completion dates and detailed daily notes for client reporting

- Handle material procurement and maintain an updated inventory list

-Skilled in fundamental carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, with a solid grasp of safety protocols and the ability to troubleshoot problems efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

- Experience in construction, manufactured housing (preferred), and/or project management, including subcontract supervision.

- Reliable transportation.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service or related areas

- Strong communication skills, both effective and respectful

- Detail-oriented, accountable, and proactive

- Experience in maintenance and handyman tasks
