Job Description
The Commercial Project Manager - Construction will:
- Direct and oversee all project phases, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
- Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project performance.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and financial targets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial plans.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, communication, and teamwork to achieve project goals.
- Develop and manage project schedules, tracking milestones and timelines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Project Manager (Construction) candidate will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field
- Diverse project background (commercial projects advantageous)
- Experience in overseeing large projects, ground-up preferred
- Desire to further career within a well-established yet continuously growing organization
- Drive to build and maintain top-tier industry relationships
