This is a unique opportunity to take over a warm territory with an established customer base, untapped potential, and strong support from an experienced internal team.


About the Role:

As an Outside Sales Rep, youll be the face of our post-frame construction solutions, working directly with homeowners, farmers, ranchers, and small businesses to bring their dream buildings to life, from garages to ag storage, man caves to she sheds. Youll own the entire customer journey, from lead follow-up and quoting to project oversight and final walkthrough.

What Youll Do:

  • Convert inbound leads (yes, we supply them!) and generate referrals through networking and relationship building
  • Conduct site visits, present proposals, and walk customers through their design options using our internal pricing tools
  • Project manage each job: assist with permitting, coordinate with construction crews, and ensure a top-tier customer experience
  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline activity and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Participate in trade shows and community events, building brand awareness and new relationships
  • Report into our Richmond, KS HQ once every week or two to sync with your support team


What Youll Bring:

  • 2+ years of outside sales, construction, estimating, or project management experience
  • Solid understanding of construction, bonus if youve worked in post-frame, ag buildings, or sold building materials
  • A valid drivers license (we provide a company vehicle, gas card, and travel support)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, youre a self-starter who can manage your own schedule
  • Local knowledge of the regionand the ability to connect with clients
  • Grit, confidence, and hustle. You know how to earn trust and close deals.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $40K base salary + uncapped commission(2% of collected revenue)
  • First-year earnings potential: $115K$130K+
  • Quarterly bonuses and kicker once you pass $2.5M in sales
  • Company vehicle, gas card, and credit card for travel
