Position Summary:

Provide service, repair, installation, and replacement of plumbing components, accessories, and equipment. This includes leaky pipes, commodes, faucets, showers, water heaters, and various other plumbing items.

Provide drain cleaning and hydro jet services to clear clogged drains

Provide onsite plumbing diagnosis and recommendations for repairs or replacement, including correcting existing deficiencies in the current system (undersized, code conflicts etc.)

Develop and present a complete set of recommendations and related pricing for each customer

Process invoices electronically and receive payments through designated software

Position Requirements:

Must be able to interpret trade specific blue prints, drawings, and specifications

Must be able to lift 50+ pounds as required

Computer literate and able to effectively operate mobile tablet including email

Participate in on call rotation for emergency, after hours, weekend, and holiday service requests

Neat, Clean, professional appearance

Must adhere to safety guidelines and company policies regarding work place behavior and operation of company owned vehicles

Must hold valid drivers license with clean driving record

Must be able to pass a background screening and pre-employment drug test

Must hold valid tradesman or journeyman plumbing license

Must be familiar with diagnosing tankless water heaters

Must have communicative skills with customers & builders

Servite Titian Software experience is preferred
