Skillforce is currently hiring skilled Plumbers for a contract to hire opportunity in Bessemer, AL.! Our client is redefining how buildings are made and they’re looking for experienced Plumbers to join their growing team. They are a pioneer in the Design Manufacture Construct (DMC) system, producing large, prefabricated building components that are assembled on site into fully functional medical and commercial spaces, faster and better than traditional construction. With over 400 employees and 11 production lines, our client is rapidly scaling and needs skilled tradespeople who are ready to be part of something bold, different, and future-forward. This is a full time role working Monday-Friday, 40-50 hours a week. Pay for this role is $23/hr-$30/hr, depending upon experience.
