This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll bring new pool visions to life and breathe new energy into aging backyards. You'll work on high-end residential properties, performing demolition, construction, repair, and finishing work. Key Responsibilities- Perform physical construction and renovation tasks on residential pool projects.- Execute demolition, framing, plumbing, tile, coping, concrete, and finish work.- Repair and upgrade existing pool structures and features.- Maintain job site cleanliness, safety, and organization.- Follow project instructions and design plans accurately and efficiently.- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines and client expectations.- Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively.- Handle materials and equipment loading/unloading.- Work independently in the field while maintaining communication with project managers.

Qualifications- Experience in pool construction, renovation, landscaping, hardscaping, or general trades preferred.- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat.- Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, digging, bending, standing for long periods).- Self-starter with the ability to follow instructions and complete work independently.- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
