Summary of Position :
The Area Pre-Construction Coordinator will provide back office support, as it pertains to material, as well as job, delivery, and manpower scheduling, to the Superintendents in their assigned area.
The goal is to follow the production processes that are in place to ensure you are providing your Area with the Right Materials and Manpower, on the Right Jobs, at the Right Time.
Qualifications of the Pre Construction Administrator:
- Generate weekly Master production schedule for your area.
- Generate weekly and daily delivery schedules for your area, and work with the warehouse to ensure timely material deliveries to each project.
- Identify new projects, and set them up in our system.
- Process each project through our Materials Management system, by reviewing Buyer Selection documents, provided by our Builders, and accurately identifying the project type and optional selections chosen.
- Facilitate requests for additional material.
- Work with Field Superintendents to schedule Manpower to each job and maintain that schedule in our system.
- Support Operations Manager with material template edits.

Work Schedule
This full-time position in residential new construction typically works Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4 PM. Overtime can be expected during peak periods.
