Pre-construction and Estimating Manager

Our projects range from $300,000 to $10,000,000 in the Condo, Townhome, Multifamily, and Luxury hotel sectors. Rayco seeks a seasoned professional to review our estimating team proposals for accuracy and value engineering before presenting them to clients. Once proposals are approved, the candidate will obtain all relevant subcontractor proposals and prepare a detailed execution plan to guide our production team. Candidates must be willing to travel between San Diego County, Orange County, and the Los Angeles area.

Manage subcontractor scopes, walks, and contracts.

Review prime agreements and exhibits.

Create Schedule of Values.

Prepare projects for handoff to project managers.

Develop scope after defect cases.

Define project approach and execution strategy.

Review budgets and execution plans.

Create RFIs.
