Our long tenured client, a leader in the NJ industrial real estate space, is searching for a Pre-Construction Estimator. Key responsibilities include: Managing multiple construction projects at different stages of design/build. Coordinating infrastructure and site utilities. Coordinating meetings with owners, designers, consultants and contractors. Developing estimates and schedules. Coordinating the activity of outside architects and engineers. Participating in design-build project planning. Managing construction and closeout. Preparing conceptual sketches using CAD. Preparing change orders. Ensuring all activities adhere to all relevant regulations. YOU might be the RIGHT person if YOU have: 3-5 years construction experience on commercial buildings including project management, construction, civil engineering, which must include construction inspection work and supervision of related projects. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Engineering or Architecture or Construction Management or Project Management PC skills including AutoCAD/Revit, Photoshop/Illustrator, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word Must be able to travel to job site locations in NJ/PA General building construction experience from footings through MEP, all aspects of site work, demolition and retrofitting.
