Job Description

Reporting into the Regional VP and head of Preconstruction, the Preconstruction Manager - Multifamily Construction will be responsible for the following:

Responsible for handling the bid process
Lead a complete project cost evaluation
Develop detailed scopes of work
Understanding of differential pricing and when to use different unit costs
Ability to assemble and present a complete presentation
Ability to prepare detailed conceptual cost estimates and conceptual cost studies
Participate in client meetings and actively present and review estimates
Develop and build relationships with local subcontractor market

The Successful Applicant

The successful Preconstruction Manager - Multifamily Construction will have the following attributes:

8+ Years of Estimating and Preconstruction Experience
Experience as an Estimator on large Commercial or Multifamily projects - $10M+
A Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related-field is preferred
Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
Local to Phoenix preferred but relocators will be considered as well
