Our client, based in East Harlem, has built a reputation as the premier builder of quality, sustainable affordable and special needs multi-family housing and mixed-use properties in the New York Tri-State area. This NYC housing development company attributes their reputation to their start in the luxury interior and new construction arena 30 years ago.

We are looking for a seasoned Pre-Construction Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. The ideal candidate will bring multiple years of experience managing ground-up construction projects in NYC, coupled with a strong background in fieldwork and estimating. This role is perfect for someone ambitious, eager to advance into a senior management position within the organization. Success in this position requires outstanding leadership, excellent organizational abilities, and expertise in overseeing all phases of construction projects.

The requirements of the role are: Extensive experience working on residential ground-up projects in Manhattan. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ambition to grow and develop into a senior management position within the business.
