The Role
The Preconstruction Manager contributes to the preconstruction process including proposals, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, value analysis, and design management. The requires someone with extensive experience in pre-construction activities of complex construction projects, including supporting or managing planning, design, budgeting, and scheduling, before the construction process begins.
