About the Role:
Chun Tsubaki is seeking a highly organised, experienced Integrated Producer & Account Manager to lead both commercial production and social media content cycles for our clients in the food, lifestyle, and hospitality space.
You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end production (from concept to delivery) and ongoing client social media accounts . This is a hybrid role that requires strong project management, production logistics know-how, and excellent client communication.
Key Responsibilities: Client & Account Management
Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Lead client briefing calls, analytics reviews, presentations, approvals.
Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication.
Align internal team (strategist, designers, shooters/editors) with client goals.
Manage timelines, approvals, and production cycles in ClickUp.
Support clients on-site during shoots as needed.
Production Management
Scope, budget, and schedule commercial production projects.
Assemble and contract production crew, talent, vendors.
Secure locations, permits, equipment rentals, transport.
Create detailed production timelines, call sheets, shot lists.
Oversee on-site shoot execution, quality control, client communication.
Coordinate post-production: editing, color grading, sound mixing, delivery.
Ensure proper archiving and documentation of project assets.
Content Production Cycle
Oversee monthly social media content planning.
Manage milestones: analytics calls, internal approvals, client decks, pre-production meetings, shoots.
Coordinate content shoots
Track editing, approvals, and scheduling on project managing tools
Ensure posts go live on schedule with client-approved assets.
Tools & Workflow
Use ClickUp for project management, milestones, and task tracking.
Use Slack for daily communication, approvals, and updates.
Use Google Suite for client decks, call sheets, calendars.
Use Loomly for social media scheduling and approvals.
Be proactive in adopting AI tools to streamline planning and coordination.
What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3 years’ experience in production/project management (preferably in food, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors).
Proven track record managing commercial shoots and/or social media content production.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (strategist, creatives, clients, vendors).
Familiarity with ClickUp (or other PM tools), Slack, Google Suite, Loomly (or equivalent).
Ability to budget, schedule, and manage logistics for shoots.
Comfortable working on-set and liaising directly with clients.
Vendor/talent sourcing network in Singapore is a strong plus.
Open and adaptable to using AI tools to improve workflows.
Nice to Have: Connections in the local F&B, lifestyle, hospitality media scene.
Basic understanding of creative direction or art direction.
Familiarity with social media strategy and analytics.
