Overview The Carlstar Group is seeking a driven and innovative Product Marketing Manager. Based in Franklin, TN, or at another location, this role focuses on leveraging market data and analytics to shape product strategies for our Agriculture, Construction, and Industrial sectors. The goal is to enhance sales support, reach new markets, and expand sales opportunities through product development and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Support for Product Manager:

Collaborate to implement product strategies and goals, providing insights and recommendations.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development.

Manage product development projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.

Provide regular reports on product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

Support for Division Team and Customers:

Provide technical assistance to customers and sales teams, addressing inquiries and resolving product-related issues.

Conduct product demonstrations and develop training programs.

Work closely with clients to optimize product application and utilization.

Collect and analyze customer feedback for product improvements.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and specifications.

Collaborate with R&D, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product-market fit.

Assist in product testing and validation phases.

Identify and resolve technical issues related to product applications.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.

At least 5 years of experience in Product Engineering, preferably in Agricultural, Construction, or Industrial OEM equipment, with knowledge of specialty tires, wheels, or tracks.

Strong background in the relevant sectors is highly desirable.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
