Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Manager with Design/Construction experience to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.
Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, Subcontracting Plan and other documents as required.
Establishes the program requirements for all areas of the project, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria
Assigns responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths
Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors
Manages contract deliverables.
Manages Scope, tracks changes, and negotiates changes client and key subcontractors (in conjunction with the applicable contracts groups).
Supports growth and business development opportunities.
Provides input and development plans for subordinates.
Mobilizes company resources to support a project teams capable of completing effective, quality work.
Manages and controls the budgets, and assures accurate financial reporting.
Familiar with change management, developing and negotiating for additional cost and/or time impacts when scope deviations arise. Accurately maintains change order logs and tracks risks that could affect project goals.
Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule.
Manage subcontracts performing the field execution.
Runs weekly meeting to review project status and formulate action items.
Develops succession plan for key project roles.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
15+ years of directly related work experience
At least 10 years experience with FFP contracts of similar scale and complexity is ideal.
Able to manage a major complex design build construction program.
Advanced leadership skills with ability to perform in a management capacity.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Thorough knowledge of construction practices and regulations.
Must be a US Citizen and able to clear requirements for access to the site.
Able to manage to expedited schedules with recent track record as such.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Working knowledge of federal, state, and county level construction requirements.
Exceptional client communications skills

Salary Range: $128,700.00 - $231,700.00
