Program Manager - Life Sciences Construction Firm - Project in Egypt - Base Salary to $140k We are working with a general construction contractor that has a large $50M+ project happening in Egypt in which they are looking for a Program Manager state side to lead the project. The company is based out of Coral Gables, FL, the role will work on site out at their offices. With the time difference the person usually works earlier mornings to early afternoon with some work on Sundays due to work calendars. There is some potential for light travel with the role.
This is a great role for someone that has an interest working on a high level construction project with life sciences or healthcare experience. We are looking for a go-getter that knows how to stay within scope and has a strong backbone while working with clients in other parts of the world. We are looking for a base of $100-140k with more for the perfect person possible. This is a full time W2 position that carries benefits as well. Responsibilities: Leading project planning sessions and coordinating staff and internal resources. Managing project progress and adapt work as required. Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation. Conducting risk assessments and managing issues as they arise.
Ensuring projects meet deadlines and are completed within budget.
Ensuring compliance with International and local regulations and other relevant healthcare construction standards. Qualifications: A minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Program or Project Manager in the healthcare/life sciences construction industry. Proven experience as a Healthcare Project Manager, AHCA, Sr. Healthcare Project Manager, Hospital Construction, Ground up Construction. Strong knowledge of the healthcare construction industry, including the latest trends and technologies, including life sciences and clean room knowledge. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Compensation: Base salary in the 100-140k range with potential for more for a superstar Benefits include life insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield and Dental/Vision through Guardian. For the health insurance, the company pays 50% for the employee and the employee pays the other 50%. The employee pays 100% of additional family members. Compensation: $140,000 per year
