Project Administrator - Construction Support

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of change order tracking and documentation
- Update logs, support field leaders, and track vendor performance
- Handle project invoice and documentation (certificates, lien waivers, warranties)
- Perform administrative field support, assist with closeout procedures
- Preparing foreman folders, verifies and ensures timesheets, organizing daily huddles and other activities as needed
Required Skills/Abilities:
- High-level organization and attention to detail
- Strong math, writing, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Pro-Contractor, Bluebeam
- Understanding of construction processes and documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Education and Experience:
- Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license
- CPR and First Aid (training provided)
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 15lbs., traverse active jobsites, and work in various environmental c conditions
- Must be able to work long hours and Saturdays when needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Commute to Columbus, OH when needed.
