Projects range from high-performance homes to detailed timber builds and major custom renovations. Full support team: project managers, carpenters, and site supervisors in place. Job Description The Project Development Manager will have the following responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for homeowners exploring custom home builds or large-scale renovations. Guide clients in selecting architects, designers, and consultants. Help define project scopes, budgets, and conceptual drawings. Deliver accurate cost estimates and manage preconstruction planning. Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the preconstruction phase. Transition fully scoped projects to the Project Management team. The Successful Applicant The Project Development Manager will have the following skills: 5+ years of experience in high-end residential preconstruction. Familiarity with timber framing, passive home systems, and custom luxury builds. Track record of work on full custom homes, major renovations, and additions. Client-facing experience with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Must reside within a 45-minute radius of Andover, MA. Will be trained on custom-built internal software.
