Description Key Responsibilities for Project Engineer - Multifamily Construction in San Diego Lead day-to-day operations on large multifamily projects ($50M+)

Coordinate with preconstruction, field teams, subcontractors, and clients

Manage project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and project stakeholders

Profile A successful Project Engineer - Multifamily Construction in San Diego 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer with a general contractor

Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily building and construction

Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project or similar platforms

Strong communication and organizational skills

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
