Job Summary The Project Executive provides leadership and oversight for daily construction operations, project management, and administration activities. This role involves developing and implementing corporate policies and procedures to meet organizational goals and support our mission.
Salary Range $195,000 - $295,000 annually (companywide)

Job Responsibilities Enhance client relationships through excellent service and project completion.
Maintain positive subcontractor relations and promote professionalism and fairness.
Collaborate with estimating and purchasing to ensure project profitability and quality subcontractor selection.
Mentor and develop project team members, establishing performance goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop and communicate contract terms and project strategies.
Ensure policy compliance and effective project execution across all phases.
Manage risks, review project reports, estimates, and schedules.
Supervise subcontract bidding, negotiations, and procurement.
Oversee project mobilization, staffing, and resource allocation.
Recruit, train, and oversee personnel, including supervision.
Maintain project financial health through cash flow management and timely payments.
Prepare and review management reports and assist with contract negotiations.
Participate in client and team meetings.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management or science.
Over 10 years of progressively responsible construction experience.
Ability to manage multiple activities under pressure and coordinate teams effectively.
Physical Demands Must be capable of traversing construction sites, climbing ladders, conducting inspections, and ensuring safety standards are met. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities.
