Job Title: Project Executive Electrical Subcontractor (Hyperscale Data Centers) Location: Dallas, TX (with travel across DFW) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity We are representing a well-established and highly respected electrical subcontractor that has built a strong reputation delivering complex, large-scale hyperscale data center projects across Texas. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Project Executive to lead the successful delivery of multiple high-profile builds. This is a Dallas-based leadership role with regional travel to job sites across the DFW metroplex, offering a strategic platform for a driven executive to shape major mission-critical projects while mentoring and guiding project teams. Key Responsibilities Provide executive oversight and direction across multiple active and upcoming hyperscale data center construction projects Serve as the primary liaison with general contractors, developers, end clients, and internal stakeholders Lead project planning and execution from preconstruction through turnover, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery Guide and support Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff across the full project lifecycle Drive cost control, contract compliance, change management, risk mitigation, and scheduling alignment Ensure all operations align with quality, safety, and performance standards required in hyperscale environments Support strategic client development and represent the business in high-level project meetings Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence across the team Ideal Candidate Profile 10+ years of electrical construction experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity overseeing large-scale data center projects Proven experience working with or for large electrical subcontractors on complex mission-critical projects Strong understanding of hyperscale project demands, including MEP coordination, scheduling, and change order management Effective communicator and relationship-builder with the ability to manage senior-level stakeholders Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and technically competent in fast-paced construction environments Based in the Dallas area or open to relocating (relocation assistance available) Willingness to travel locally to project sites across the DFW metro area Whats in It for You?
