JOB TITLE: Toolbelt Project Manager 2
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily assignments associated with Tool Belt Project list including but not limited to Mechanical, Seismic Bracing, Electrical, Architectural, Rigging, Decontamination, Other activities as qualified to perform.
- Assist Project Managers with the Install/Remove Small Tools (Electrical, Mechanical, ducting, Gas Lines, decontamination, earthquake bracing).
- Provide assistance to Project managers for project Punch List close out items.
- Perform Clean Safe and Secure action items as assigned.
- Detailed coordination of sub-contractor work to support Tool Belt Program activities:
- Coordinate and attend Tool Belt Project walk-throughs.
- Obtain construction bids from approved sub-contractors.
- Coordinate/oversee sub-contractor activities and safety compliance.
- Coordinate Work Order program for sub-contractor payment.
- Use knowledge and experience to ensure that all work performed, and work performed by sub-contractors, comply with all safety policies.
- Ensure assigned Tool Belt Project schedules are met.
- Create/coordinate and obtain approval for required building alert.
- Support Tool Belt Project documentation needs.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by employer and/or client.
Requirements
Requirements:
· College Degree with 2+ years of industry experience or 3+ years of industry experience
· Knowledge of cleanroom protocols
· Experience interfacing with members of various departments
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proven ability to manage sub-contractors

- Must be able to safely access and traverse indoor and outdoor obstacles for site inspections, including climbing ladders, walking on stairs, catwalks, and other types of uneven surfaces where activity inspections are needed.
