Kraemer Brothers, LLC has an immediate opening for a Project Manager Assistant. This position will provide support to multiple Project Managers. Eventually, having their own small projects to manage.
Position Summary:
The Project Manager Assistant supports the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This role involves administrative duties, communication with clients and subcontractors, document management, and assisting with on-site and office tasks to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring construction activities.
Prepare, organize, and maintain project files, contracts, and change orders.
Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients regarding schedules, updates, and project needs.
Track and document project progress, budgets, and timelines.
Assist in preparing bids, estimates, and project proposals.
Coordinate material orders and deliveries with vendors.
Help monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Attend site visits and meetings as needed, taking notes and following up on action items.
Update project management software and spreadsheets with current project data.
Provide general administrative support to the project management team.
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or project coordination experience (construction experience preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering
Work Environment:
Office-based with occasional travel to job sites.
May involve periods of standing, walking, and site inspections.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
