Job Description

Project Managers could potentially be involved in diverse projects, such as a bank project and educational initiatives. Typically overseeing 2-3 projects concurrently, each not exceeding $25M in total value. They collaborate closely with Superintendents. Managing projects comprehensively from initiation to completion without direct team leadership responsibilities.

The Successful Applicant

Have at least 5 years of Project Management experience. The ability to start effectively immediately. Estimating experience is beneficial, as involvement in bids is preferred. Ground-up commercial experience is essential, along with strong customer orientation for front line interactions. A positive attitude. Effective communication skills both verbally and via email. The ability to foster a familial atmosphere are also crucial attributes.
