Our client is a mid-sized commercial general contractor located near Maryland Heights, MO. They work in a wide variety of commercial markets, primarily focused on Tenant Improvement projects below $5M in value but they are currently chasing larger ground up work.

Job Description

• Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead and manage project teams to ensure quality work.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align project goals.
• Implement safety and compliance measures across all projects.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all project activities.
• Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

The Successful Applicant

• A degree in civil engineering, architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in project management at a commercial general contractor.
• Strong tenure with previous employers.
• Superior communication and negotiation skills.
