Lead and manage vertical construction projects, ensuring they meet all objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Organize and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and milestones.

Manage project negotiations and represent the company in client contract discussions.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all construction phases are executed efficiently.

Utilize industry-specific software like BIM, Primavera, Excel, Word, and MS Project to manage project workflows and track progress.

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project life cycles.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on project progress and any potential issues.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize effectively.

Expertise in vertical construction, with experience in projects worth $20M+ preferred.

5-10 years of commercial construction management experience.

Proficiency in BIM, Primavera, Excel, Word, and MS Project.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
