Job Details:

Project Manager (Commercial Construction) Construction Management- General Construction- GC/CM A commercial construction company focused on delivering award winning projects within the local DE/PA/NJ area is actively seeking to add an experienced project manager to the staff. This is a full-time permanent staff position, open due to growth.

Commercial construction experience is required for consideration, ground-up, renovation, and additions; (commercial, healthcare, hospitality, higher education, schools, institutional, academia, and corporate office buildings).

Requirements: Approximately five (5) years or more of commercial experience

Experience with multi-million-dollar projects

Commercial project experience required

Ground Up project experience desired

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience

College Degree desired, not required (Engineering, Construction Management, building construction, Construction Science, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or relevant degree)

Projects are based in the local DE/PA/NJ tristate area
