Project Manager at MBG

Our Project Managers are leaders. They drive every phase of construction. From precon to closeout, MBG PMs possess precision, accountability, and heart.

What Makes a Great Fit at MBG: 10+ years of ground-up construction experience with a GC (Projects $20MM+ in hospitality or multifamily a plus). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills. Professional polish and business presence. A relationship builder who communicates with confidence. Safety-minded and detail-oriented. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead field safety efforts and ensure consistent reporting. Oversee quality control, develop RFIs, submittals, and manage change orders. Interpret drawings/specs with full understanding of project scope. Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate with subcontractors. Build detailed cost estimates and identify value engineering opportunities. Manage subcontractor buyouts and draft contracts. Oversee financial health of projects: forecasting, billing, invoicing, cash flow. Generate job progress reports and lead project meetings. Coordinate with municipalities and regulatory bodies. Proactively monitor construction timelines and ensure project success. Tools & Tech Proficiency in Procore, Buildr, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Why Choose MBG?
