Manage day-to-day operations of assigned commercial projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules Lead procurement efforts and oversee material deliveries Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout procedures Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and field staff

Qualifications:

3 years of project management experience in commercial construction Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency with construction management software (Procore preferred) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong communication and leadership abilities
