Key Responsibilities- Lead the coordination and execution of commercial and federal construction projects ($5M-$50M).- Develop and manage subcontractor contracts, budgets, and timelines.- Create and maintain detailed project schedules with milestone tracking.- Forecast and manage manpower and resource allocation efficiently.- Enforce rigorous jobsite safety standards and culture.- Oversee job cost reporting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.- Mentor and manage project engineers and superintendents.- Resolve field conflicts by coordinating with design teams and subcontractors.- Maintain clear, transparent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in construction project management.- Proven track record managing large-scale, ground-up builds.- Strong safety knowledge with a commitment to a safety-first environment.- Proficient in scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and cost management systems.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Experience with general contracting, design-build, and federal/commercial project types.

Schedule- Full-time | Monday-Friday- Typical work hours with limited after-hours or weekend needs depending on project timelines
Location- On-site in Florida (Tampa, Jacksonville, or Gainesville); some regional travel may be required for projects across the Southeast and Caribbean.
