Responsibilities Manage all phases of commercial/industrial construction projects Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders Monitor project performance and adjust plans as needed Conduct site visits and ensure safety and compliance Collaborate with superintendents, estimators, and support staff Ensure timely and accurate project documentation Foster a positive client relationship and uphold the company brand Travel to project sites as required Qualifications Proven experience in project management within the construction industry Familiarity with commercial, industrial, or government projects Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Familiarity with estimating concepts and ability to source bids Valid driver's license required Preferred Qualifications Experience working with public sector or federal projects Demonstrated success as a Project Manager OSHA or related safety certifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Benefits Profit Sharing Weekly Pay Health Savings Account (HSA) Life Insurance Options Safety Equipment Provided Wellness Programs & Reimbursements Work-Life Balance: Paid Time Off (Vacation and Holidays) Per Diem for Travel Projects Volunteer Time Off (VTO) Work Schedule Full Time - Monday to Friday Overtime or weekend work may be required based on project needs Work Location Based in Ohio; projects may require regional travel with per diem provided for overnight stays.
