Job Details

What You’ll Do:

* Oversee the full construction lifecycle, from preconstruction coordination through project closeout * Lead a team of Superintendents and Project Engineers to ensure project success * Source and award subcontractor bids aligned with scope, schedule, and design expectations * Monitor project costs, schedules, and resources—proactively addressing slippage or change * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline workflows and solve problems * Ensure compliance with permitting requirements, construction protocols, and safety standards * Facilitate design reviews, value engineering efforts, and MEP implementation * Coordinate closeout activities and prepare all final documentation

What We’re Looking For:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction, architecture, or engineering * 3+ years managing the preconstruction phase or 5+ years in full-cycle construction management * Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) * Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
