Job Description Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and performance. Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and quality standards. Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and other documentation. Enforce safety and quality standards on job sites. Serve as the primary liaison with clients, architects, and engineers. Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders. The Successful Applicant 4+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor Ideally experience with public projects over $10M College degree in construction management or engineering required Excellent communication skills Able to identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction Understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques, local building codes and regulations Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Proficient in creating and managing construction budgets and schedules Familiarity with construction contracts, including the ability to interpret contract documents, negotiate terms, and enforce contract requirements. Capability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and construction teams Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Sage/Timberline, Microsoft Project) What's on Offer Base salary contingent on experience 100 - 135k Annual bonus Company credit card to cover appropriate expenses Monthly vehicle allowance PTO & company paid holidays Excellent health benefits (free health insurance!)
