We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects—from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout.

What You’ll Do:

Lead commercial construction projects from concept to completion

Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to keep projects on track

Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, safety regulations, and project specs

Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts

Obtain permits, licenses, and required inspections

Hire, supervise, and manage jobsite personnel

Implement and uphold quality control and safety protocols

Investigate and report on any job site incidents

Resolve project issues quickly and professionally

Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders

Complete additional assignments as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience managing construction projects (commercial experience )

Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety requirements

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
