Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects. This role will involve leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities: Manage project schedules, including developing and implementing project plans, tracking progress, and identifying potential delays or roadblocks.
Oversee project budgets, including estimating costs, managing expenses, and analyzing financial reports.
Lead cross-functional teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in construction project management.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficient in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera P6, and Asana.
