Job Description

Manage field operations, budgets, and schedules on NYC agency projects. Oversee subcontractors, site logistics, and agency compliance. Serve as the day-to-day lead on-site and coordinate closely with the VP of Construction. Maintain strong documentation and communication with agency stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

You're a mid-to-senior-level PM with proven experience on OGS, DASNY, or similar public agency builds. You're proactive on-site, confident working independently, and comfortable driving multiple phases of an active $40M+ job.
