Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones Job Details Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 3+ years of experience in multifamily construction project management Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and local building regulations Proficiency in project management software and cost estimation tools Excellent communication and leadership skills Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
