We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential remodeling projects from start to finish. If youre organized, detail-oriented, and know how to keep projects on track and clients happy wed love to meet you.
Responsibilities: Manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously Coordinate subcontractors, permits, and schedules Oversee job site progress and quality Maintain client communication and satisfaction Ensure projects are on time and on budget
Requirements: Experience in residential construction Knowledge of building codes and remodeling process Leadership and time management skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Valid drivers license and transportation
